We strive to deliver same-day orders within 24 hours of the chosen time slot, but it's not guaranteed. Same-day orders can be placed until 5pm for evening delivery and 7pm for midnight delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product availability, delivery limitations, or other reasons. In such cases, you'll receive a full refund to your SmilesDelivery wallet or bank account.
Only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure the recipient is available at the chosen time. Orders where the recipient is unavailable cannot be redelivered and will be cancelled without a refund.
To receive a refund, please specify by email whether you prefer it in your SmilesDelivery wallet or bank account. SmilesDelivery Wallet Refunds: Processed within 48 hours of the delivery date. Bank Account Refunds: Processed within 15 working days to your original payment method.
You can change your delivery address for free, but only up to 24 hours before your chosen time slot. Address changes within 24 hours of delivery incur a ₹200 fee. We may not be able to accept all address change requests, in which case...
